In the late afternoon, Chin Win kor, mummy and I drove to Punggol Field. A super ulu part of Singapore! We were there in search of what is called the "lalang", according to my bro. There used to be many many fields of them, but now Punggol is undergoing huge development, so much of it were cleared to make way for HDB flats. We managed to find these only after walking quite a distance from the carpark.Then at night, it's another birthday celebration!  This time, it's my mum's 55th birthday. We had dinner at Jumbo. The branch near Parliament House, at opposite Clarke Quay. Aunty Doreen and my parents ate crab, so they were given bibs. Quite cute! They were initially paiseh to put it on, cos' to them bibs are for babies! But since we were eating in a room, it's alright to be "babyish" in front of 自己人 I guess =P This cake is from BakerzInn. Complimentary from Jumbo cos' mum is their member. Delicious mango cake. Now see liao also feel hungry *drools*. |
